Return & Refund Policy

We accept the return of items up to 30 days from the item’s arrival to the customer. Some products are eligible for 365 days returns, as described on the eligible product’s page.

The shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses will be paid by the customer.

We will refund fully, undamaged products in their original packaging.

Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.

In case a customer is asking to cancel an order (before the product is shipped to him or after it’s delivered and shipped back to the warehouses), a fee of 30% will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company.
